Pricing FAQ
Is the Free plan really free?
Yes. The Free plan is free forever — no credit card, no trial period. It includes trip planning, budget, packing lists, offline mode and up to 5 participants per trip.
What does Plus add over Free?
Plus unlocks audio guides for events, an AI receipt scanner (30 scans per day), advanced trip statistics, and up to 15 participants per trip. Everything else works the same as in Free.
Can I upgrade a single trip instead of subscribing?
Yes. Plus is available as a monthly subscription or as a one-time purchase — both options appear in the trip settings and unlock premium features for the entire group.
Can I cancel Plus at any time?
Yes. Plus can be cancelled at any time from your account settings. Access to premium features remains active until the end of the paid period.
What payment methods are accepted?
Plus subscriptions are processed through PayU — we accept Visa and Mastercard credit cards, BLIK bank transfers, and other popular payment methods available in Poland. All payments are encrypted and secure.
Does Kompas Podróży work offline?
Yes. The app is available as a PWA (Progressive Web App) and works offline — trip data syncs automatically when you reconnect. You can install it on your phone's home screen just like a native mobile app.
